  • KEEP PASTA FROZEN UNTIL COOKING TIME

    • Bring salted water to a boil in large pot.

    • Add frozen pasta to boiling water, stir occasionally.

    • After 2-3 minutes for noodles and 5-12 minutes for stuffed pasta, check for doneness: “al dente” is recommended!

      1. Noodles need 2-3 minutes

      2. Stuffed pastas need 7-12 minutes, depending on size.

    • Remove pasta (use a slotted spoon) one minute before it’s done so it can finish cooking in your sauce.

    • Reserve some pasta water to help thicken your sauce!

Cooking times vary by size, shape, and type of stuffing.

    • Stuffed pastas take 5-12 minutes to cook

    • Thin noodles can cook as fast as 2-3 minutes

    • Open shapes like rigatoni and paccheri may take 3-4 minutes

Pro tip: retain some pasta water to thicken your sauce!
